Courses

Who are eligible for Letter of Completion?
Letter of Completion is given to students who has attended lectures till end (i.e. they are not discontinued from batch)
A student may get discontinued when they stay absent for consecutive three lectures (Or due to any other reasons as deemed fit in opinion on the trainer)
Who are eligible for Certificates?
Certificates to Students
Certificates are given to only those students who satisfy eligibility criteria specified by Institute time to time. Institute reserves all right relating to issue of Certificates to eligible students.

Minimum Criteria for Certificate
- At least 70% Average mark in regular test.
- All Assignments submitted before Batch End.
- Max one Absentee in Weekend and two Absentee in Weekday batch.

Optional Test
If Trainer is of the opinion that additional test to be taken he may take additional Master Exam.

What is recourse to student who are unable to meet the above criteria?
They can give exam by paying Rs 1000 and upon successfully clearing exam they would be getting certificates.

What do you Cover in Advanced Excel?
Course Name is Practical Applications of Advanced Excel where students are trained to Practically apply the knowledge of Advanced Excel.

Around 200 Practical Examples are covered.
What is Covered in Excel VBA/Macro Course?
In this course Fundamental of VBA Programming is covered. VBA stands for Visual Basic for Applications.

Around 70 to 80 Practical Examples are covered in this course.

The objective of this course is to help students Automate Excel work in their workplace whereby making their work easier, managable, accurate & fast .
What is VBA Foundation Crash Course with Certification?
VBA Foundation Crash Course with Certification

Recommended for: This course is recommended for candidates who have either completed VBA Foundation course or are having working VBA Knowledge of more that 1 Year.

Not Recommended for: Those who doesn't know or are new to VBA programming.

This course is intended to
- Make your VBA Fundamentals strong.
- To fill knowlege Gap and help you write code independently.
- Give you Confidence for Logic Building and Coding.
- To get you AFCKS VBA Foundation Expert Certification which you can add to your CV.
- To make you ready for Advanced VBA or other Second level Courses.

Fees

Can students pay fees in installments?
Yes,

Installment facility depends upon Course Duration & Fees, logic is shown below.

When course duration is less than or equal to 1 Month fees needs to be paid in 1 installment

When course duration is less than or equal to 3 Months fees needs to be paid in 2 installments

When course duration is greater than 3 Months and Fees is less than or equal to 10K then 2 installments and if greater than 10K then 3 Installments

Students joining two courses (Duration of both courses greater than 3 Months) simultaneously can pay in 3 Installments
When is Fees due/payable by Students?
First installment is payable within a week from the batch start.

Students are requested to pay their remaining scheduled due fees installment amount before 10th of every month.
Are their any Discounts available?
There are no Discounts , same fees is applicable to all students.

However Old Students (who has completed full fees earlier) can repeat their earlier completed course at 50% of total fees.
Is Fees paid Refundable?
No, Fees once paid is not Refundable under any circumstances.
Can a Student transfer his/her batch to another batch (Any Course within Institute)?
Yes, However Transfer Fees (depending upon number of lectures attended) is applicable as below
- 1 Lecture Attended then No Transfer Fees
- Lectures Attended till Second Fees installment Due Rs 2000
- When Lectures Attended after Second Fees is due (i.e. 10th of Next Month after Batch Starts ) then Transfer Fee Amount would be First Installment Paid/Due whichever is less. Subject to Max 50% of Course Fees

Examples
- Mohan has attended 1st lecture of “Practical Applications of Advanced Excel” and paid Full Fees on day 1 itself. No Transfer amount would be deducted.
- Salim has attended 3 Lectures and had made part payment and second installment is not yet due and wants transfer. Rs 2000 would be transfer Charges.
- Joel has attended lectures after his 2nd Installment is due and had paid Rs 5000 (assuming Course fees is Rs 8000) then Rs 4000 (50% of Rs 8000) would be the transfer Charges.
- Kishor has attended lectures after his 2nd Installment is due and had paid Rs 4000 assuming Course fees is Rs 8000 then Rs 4000 would be the transfer Charges.
